In such leakage cases, it is often found that there are a large number of large particles of sand and even shells in the heat exchanger tube box. The reason for the analysis is mainly that in actual use, seawater containing a large amount of impurities is not in the heat exchange tubes. Stopping the flow, it is easy to cause scratches or wear on the titanium tube. In addition to affecting the heat exchange effect, the life of the heat exchanger is also greatly reduced, which causes the extremely thin titanium tube to rupture prematurely, causing leakage. Due to structural reasons and environmental conditions that are difficult to clean, it is difficult to repair by repair welding. The leakage problem can only be solved by sealing the pipe of the leaking pipe, which seriously affects the heat exchange effect of the heat exchanger. The third common type of leakage is mainly caused by the problem of the connection between the titanium pipe joint and the tube sheet. The main cause of the leak is the quality of the weld or the damage of the joint caused by the vibration of the heat exchange tube, and the repair is very difficult. In addition, there are other common leakage methods, such as the destruction of the rubber layer inside the pipe box, which is likely to cause serious corrosion of the carbon steel casing. In serious cases, the equipment casing leaks directly, and the damage of the rubber layer may be the quality problem of the rubber lining. The rubber is unreasonable or improperly used.

2 In order to completely eradicate the galvanic titanium tube heat exchanger filler

After the welding of the floating tube sheet is finished, the outer surface of the tube sheet skirt is finished to ensure a smoothness of not less than 6.3 & mu; m to ensure the reliability of the sealing at the packing. The packing may be made of a flexible graphite packing resistant to seawater corrosion. This improved structure ensures that carbon steel is no longer in contact with seawater, thus avoiding corrosion leaks in the packing seal.
